It was a wonderful experience. I was kind of worried, because it was my first time using this system. It all went well and the directions on where to find the car and how to access the keys was wonderful.
They cancelled our reservation and never notified us. This place is an absolute joke! Do t waste your time. I read that this place scams you, and clearly I should follow others advice.

It was a “contactless” rental that was going smoothly until I tried to leave the parking lot. The card didn’t work, no one answered at Carzi and said to text. I NEVER received a response to my text. The assistance button on the exit gate didn’t work. I found a number for the parking lot and they were able to let me out of the parking lot. It took over 30 minutes to exit the parking lot. Fortunately, the card worked to return the car. I never received any assistance from Carzi staff.
I was confused but texting helped. Did not like limited mileage but company was very clear about that. Some not good with technology will struggle or with an updated cell phone.
Car was nice and texter responded promptly as needed.
