Would be great to see all policies and process before non refundable deposit. Reminder email or text about return process would be helpful. Insurance options shared before non refundable deposit would also help with deciding which car to rent. Initial price affordable but other fees make the car about the same as competitors. Suggest transparency atthe front end will sell more than “low” prices. Overall ok experience.
No staff for help, but you can follow instruction to get your car and return it.

The whole “contactless” approach is pretty annoying, but now that I know how it works, I might rent again.
I reserved the car for 4 days and prepaid the rental amount, 400.00 deposit, 75.00 in insurance. Then they messaged me and said that the car I picked was not brought back or available and asked if I would take a Toyota Corolla at a 20% discount which I told him I would and then they just canceled the whole reservation and told me to rent somewhere else no explanation no anything
2 hours before picking up the rental while in transit on flights I was informed that I had to have a copy of my insurance papers from Canada. Also that they didn’t accept Canadian insurance. No where was this noted when booking. They then tried to upswell me insurance packages which I declined because I also have insurance on my credit card. They then wanted a $500 deposit which they debited from my credit card and have not returned the money. The car when I picked it up smelled of smoke.
Great experience overall, but it would be better if there was a better communication tool for renters that communicated ques and wait times for responses.
I needed a little more guidance with how to leave the grounds and the use of the card to activate the gates
Easy experience and so cheap compared to other places! Will always rent this way from now on!
