1. The answers should contain an option to select N/A. Carzi is contactless so there's no person interaction. 2. The car and the pick up process was good but I didn't like a $400 hold on my card for a $120 rental... that's taking advantage of the customer, considering the customer has already taken liability insurance and the rental is for 3 days only. 3. The $400 was not disclosed upfront and it kinda ambushes the customer at the end of the booking process. This is not good customer care.

The shuttle picked me up. The driver was very nice and helped me load and unload my bags. The car was easy to find and it did not take long to be on my way. I loved the visual instructions in the email. That was very helpful. I thought a $400 deposit was a little steep. I returned the car yesterday and am awaiting my deposit to be returned. Overall, it was a great experience.

When I picked up the vehicle it was full of trash bags and recycling and smelled because of this. There was no one on site to help and no offer was made to switch me to another vehicle; instead I was told to not take the car and I would be refunded what I had already paid, but left without a rental vehicle. I was told, "You will have to get a car from someone else." The price I paid when booking unknowingly went up by $50 for no explanation. When I inquired about this, no response was offered.

I was very skeptical about this rental experience after reading all of the reviews. However, our experience was great and we ran into no issues. I think if you read all of the instructions and know what you are getting into, you’ll have no problems.

Amazing, from start to finish. Check-in/Check-out was simple. The detailed instructions and direct/fast text messaging communication with customer agents made the process easy. Excellent pricing. A nice vehicle. Prompt, easy-to-use shuttle service. Special kudos for Adam, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to mail my keys to me in Indiana (they dropped out of my shorts on my last day). I can't thank him/you all enough. You'll have a repeat customer on my next trip. A+!

The price changed three different times, waiting on a response to understand how the price change by about $100 without any additonal items. I wouldn't rent again because never in my entire time of renting a car has the price changed from the time i (prepaid) and picked up.

Carzi was an excellent experience. My husband hates the hassle of talking with people and feels other agencies try to add extra fees. Carzi provided a great car at an exceptional price. There shuttle service to and from the car pickup to the airport ran every few minutes and was easy to access. There email instructions were thorough and easy to navigate. Next time I'm in the market for a rental car I will go with Carzi. Thanks for the great experience.
