This was an incredibly easy experience and much more convenient than a traditional rental car. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The agency was quick to reply with unprofessional attitude when I complained about their deposit; but when I mention a backpack I KNOW left in the car, that I can see in the backseat on the video I took when I returned the car, the rep is non responsive. I see from other reviews that customers have had this exact complaint, but I can SEE I left my bag in there; if I could post photos I would. Do I honestly have to get a lawyer to get my stuff back? There is no # to call. This is so unnecessary

Was unable to get assistance at all. No response from the staff.. Vehicle was warning about needing maintenance when we were half way through the trip..It was unnerving .. did not get any response from the staff regarding mileage extension nor return extension. Had to return the vehicle at the most inconvenient time because our plans changed and we were not getting any assistance from the staff

1. The answers should contain an option to select N/A. Carzi is contactless so there's no person interaction. 2. The car and the pick up process was good but I didn't like a $400 hold on my card for a $120 rental... that's taking advantage of the customer, considering the customer has already taken liability insurance and the rental is for 3 days only. 3. The $400 was not disclosed upfront and it kinda ambushes the customer at the end of the booking process. This is not good customer care.

The shuttle picked me up. The driver was very nice and helped me load and unload my bags. The car was easy to find and it did not take long to be on my way. I loved the visual instructions in the email. That was very helpful. I thought a $400 deposit was a little steep. I returned the car yesterday and am awaiting my deposit to be returned. Overall, it was a great experience.

When I picked up the vehicle it was full of trash bags and recycling and smelled because of this. There was no one on site to help and no offer was made to switch me to another vehicle; instead I was told to not take the car and I would be refunded what I had already paid, but left without a rental vehicle. I was told, "You will have to get a car from someone else." The price I paid when booking unknowingly went up by $50 for no explanation. When I inquired about this, no response was offered.

I was very skeptical about this rental experience after reading all of the reviews. However, our experience was great and we ran into no issues. I think if you read all of the instructions and know what you are getting into, you’ll have no problems.
