I attempted to reserve a vehicle through your web site when I was informed it was final and I could not change. I contacted your company immediately and advised them I did not want to rent and asked for a refund. I was denied and the customer service person was rude, condescending and arrogant. I reported your company to the Arizona attorney general and complained to Kayak. It appears my rental amount was credited but not after a barrage of rude texts.

Everything was virtual and contactless, uploading drivers license and insurance info prior to the rental. All the instructions to find the car, keys and unlock the lock box were provided in advance via email. The car was in great shape (similar to what you would find at a top rental car company). Drop off was also simple and contactless. Savings over top rental car companies was substantial.

The process to getting my rental was very easy. They include a very detailed email prior to pick up that includes pick up and drop off instructions. The car was clean and in great condition. They have a free shuttle that will take you to and from the airport. Overall a great experience!
This was a great experience and much better than previous experiences at the Sky Harbor Rental hub. It was much quicker picking up AND returning the vehicle, as well as getting to and from the facility from the airport. The car's condition was very nice and the rates really were competitive. Thank you so much! Will definitely use this service again

Just horribly upsetting. We drove to graduation after taking showers and just sweat the entire time. Very disappointing
Extremely affordable and easy process
As I was sitting in airport before flight they sent an email wanting a picture of my car insurance. Should have sent that email before trip. Lucky that my wife was able to run out to car and send me a picture. Next I picked up car and noticed I had a flat tire. Text support told me the psi fluctuate in the rapid changing temp in Phoenix. Only problem was one was had 27 psi in it and the others had 50, 48, 46. Later went to 12 psi. Tech support said they wouldn’t swap it out but could return i
