I rented a minivan and contacted Carzi to confirm since we had 7 people in our party. The day we were arriving to pick up the car from the airport (after taking a cross-country flight), Carzi called me to offer a feeble excuse that "something happened" and the minivan was no longer available. BUT! they would offer a Jeep that seats 5 for 20% off. Not sure where the other two passengers would go -- strapped to the roof, maybe? Or just run alongside the car? Will never consider Carzi ever again.
I received a document stating the windshield was damaged and I owe $400. The windshield was chipped when I picked up the car. A chipped window will only spread if not taken care of.
The savings I received was not worth the hassle and frustration of dealing with resolving this issue. My insurance company wants a copy of the repairs in order to pay the bill.
I don't believe anyone should pay for this damaged windshield. I wish I read the reviews before renting from Carzi. Scammers!!!
The staff was very pleasant and helpful even with directions to our destination
I appreciated not having to wait in a line and that my rental was there and ready to go. Made for an enjoyable renting process. Only con was I'm not sure if the company had all the same pics of nicks and dings as I did.
The plates had changed on the vehicle so it was hard to find ours. But I contacted the company and we figured it out.

Enjoyed renting cars on two occasions now, but this time around the car was not the type I reserved and its AC system was not functioning properly.

The email that I received instructions was incredibly clear and precise. Picking up the car with seamless and dropping it off was just as easy.
Easiest car rental experience I've ever had. It was totally contactless. The car was clean and I had no issues. My only suggestion for the experience as a whole is to lessen the $400 hold on a credit card as a deposit. I have never seen this in my life.
The starter on the vehicle was not working properly, so I kept thinking I was going to get stuck somewhere if it didn't start. I think the starter was going out??
