The trunk hydraulics are broken so it would not stay open on its own and slammed down hard if you let it go.
Everything is either fine print or not mentioned until after you have booked and paid. Did not know about all the stipulations until the day prior to reservation. Should be much more clear that this is not your typical car rental and requires you to go off site, limits miles, extreme surcharge for gas used. Everything could be much more clear if instructions were available at the time of purchase.

All around great value and a great rental experience. Will definitely use this agency again, wherever and whenever possible, as well as recommend them to friends and family.
I extended the date of the rental by 2 days. Then got pulled over for expired registration, 4 months expired. Returned the car early, since nobody responded to my texts. Was told I would have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Terrible company do not rent from them.

Great experience easy access
I was picked up by the shuffle service that took me to the parking garage lobby that I was instructed to go but once on the shuttle is when I received a message that the vehicle that was reserved was not returned and that there was no eta of when a vehicle would be ready. Only communication was through chat/text. With chat it was offered to give a full refund under the circumstances. However my $400 deposit is still be held 6 days later. So frustrating since I was in a parking garage for 2 hours
This was a totally new experience for me on how to rent a car at a great price. After the weekend, I even looked to see what other cities might have this available. Great experience once I figured out the process. Have told at least 12 people about this experience and look forward to taking advantage of this again! Glad to have googled and found you!
