My car never showed up. I had to reach out to carzi myself to get answers. No one contacted me to let me know my reservation didn’t arrive and no apology or voucher offered for my inconvenience. No accountability or pro activity from carzi. Extremely inconvenient and would never rent again or recommend. I didn’t even get a car or any solution.
We had a wonderful experience renting a mini van from Carzi! We will definitely use this company again when we travel.
The lower cost was not worth it.
The car was a little older and not in as great shape as we were used too or expecting, but the price was better than major car rental companies.
Communication is not easy
Liked the convenience and service, appreciated not having to go to the Rental Agency in Phoenix as well.
