The car barely ran. When you came to a stop, the whole car shook. I would not recommend renting this car out anymore.

Only issue we had was with our card to get out of the lot but we got that taken care of.

Great experience, the only complaint I have is that all the information said that the total charges would be around $150 and then when I got the car the total charges for some reason increased to $208 or something like that. I'd definitely rent again with you all though.
I had a mom/daughter trip and was hesitant to go with an unknown car rental company but I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From directions, price and ease of rental/pickup/drop off Carzi was super easy and I did not have any hiccups. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and wouldn’t hesitate to use Carzi again or suggest to friends!
Wary of subpar reviews, my experience was overall good! Was aware of mileage cap and went over, so no surprises there. Would more than likely book through Carzi again!
