I called several times to speak to a live person after communicating via text which was so annoying, the agents that I was talking with was very rude and not understanding at all. I was unable to take this trip due to death in my family. I tried to cancel the rental and it was VERY DIFFICULT and not clear as to how I would receive a refund. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN IT'S COMMUNICATION!!!
So unclear that I needed to enter information beforehand or my reservation would be canceled. Terrible experience that cost me hours. Need to rethink the user experience to make the onboarding process much clearer.
Smooth and convenient. Not dealing with a rental counter was pretty slick.
Everything was great! The only satisfactory portion would be for the help from the lady at the help desk at the parking garage. Not very helpful and seemed to not be interested in helping. But other than that, we enjoyed the rental and reservation!
This was by far the worst car renting experience that I have ever had in my life! The only reason that I even gave it a poor rating was that there was nothing lower to give. I would never in a million years rent from them again.
This was the second time I used Carzi and it really is the quickest and easiest way to rent a car. I think once more people use Carzi and see for themselves, they would realize how convenient and efficient it is.

Everything went very well. The instructions were clear. The car worked great. I got a free upgrade because the car that I originally reserved was not turned in on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use Carzi again when I am in the Phoenix area.

This was our first time using Carzi and we traveled with two infants. The process was very straightforward and made for an easy rental car pick up once we arrived to our destination. We had an issue with the lock box code and really liked the feature of being able to text to resolve the issue. We would definitely use Carzi again!!
