When we booked, the website time selection option wasn't functioning properly, it only allowed us to select 12pm. When our flight arrived we messaged for a shuttle but were told we were past the pick up window and our reservation was canceled and car was released. We explained the website experience we had, but was replied with "that is absolutely untrue." So we sat in the airport for 2 hours waiting only to be told our reservation was canceled. It was bad customer service to say the least.
Good Value- however I would like to know what type of car I will be renting before I picked it up. It would be nice to offer another option if the car is not what you really wanted. Thanks

This was our first time using this service. We were slightly apprehensive at first but it exceeded our expectations. The process from start to finish was simple to understand and seamless to execute.
