The car was advertised as a Nissan Rogue but was actually a Rogue Sport which is smaller. It was difficult to fit all of our luggage and our family in the smaller vehicle.

Overall, price was what was quoted, car was the same. It was a new vehicle which was nice, but it had a cracked windshield. Glad I took a picture because tied to charge me for it.
I reserved a sub-compact car and was given a compact SUV, which was a pleasant surprise. The SUV had the following deficiencies: (1) left wiper blade was broken, (2) rear view mirror was loose, and (3) there was a small hole (cigarette burn?) on the front passenger seat.
Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. I will never do business with this organization again.
