This was our first time using Carzi and we traveled with two infants. The process was very straightforward and made for an easy rental car pick up once we arrived to our destination. We had an issue with the lock box code and really liked the feature of being able to text to resolve the issue. We would definitely use Carzi again!!
This is a great rental car option if you're sick and tired of waiting in long lines after long flights. It requires a little more self-coordination (filling out e-forms before, following e-mailed instructions, etc.), but it was a very simple process for me. I went right to my car while my co-worker waited in line for 2+ hours to get his rental car. Highly recommend!
Great experience
The only issue was with the shuttle door listing at Phoenix airport -- it was actually closer to door #9 not #7!
For time using but it was easy to use and fairly straightforward. I would for sure use this service again.
Car charger/USB didn't work. Our car wasn't available so we got "upgraded" but that meant a larger vehicle with more gas. Would have preferred an economy car to save on fuel. I put ratings on staff b/c the survey required it, but I had no interactions with staff. So N/A for those questions
I ordered a Minivan and was confirmed for one. I received a Toyota Highlander. Smaller vehicle. We had 7 people at times and luggage which is why I ordered a minivan.
Really easy and good experience.
A company that does not refund its customers when the customers do not use their services is a sign of insecurity, unjust practices, poor management, and desperation. A “no refund” policy for a car rental company in this century is as bad as robbery.
I will NEVER use nor recommend this den of thieves to anyone. If you are reading this, please do well by closing your browser and go to a reputable car rental company. Safe yourself the hurt of loosing your hard earned money to these rogues.
