Everything went smoothly with our rental but I’m glad I read beforehand about what to expect. The spare tire was missing which was concerning but thankfully we didn’t run into a situation where we needed a spare.
Carzi's automated pre-check-in process helps save a lot of time the day of your arrival. All of the paperwork is done virtually through their online system so that the day of your arrival, you just go to the car and take off. At other companies, I have had to wait for hours in line just to complete the paperwork to get my rental car. The online system has a couple of glitches, e.g. there is no confirmation at the end of the process stating that you have completed all steps, but overall it's good

It was good, I would rent from you again
99% of the car rental companies include unlimited mileage. CRX had a 400 mile limit which I did not notice when I booked. The reservation was also not cancellable, so spent the entire rental period stressed about running over the mileage and having to pay $1.50/mile extra. The contactless idea was a bit more work than normal. You had to download license and insurance info. The commutation via text and email was good and reassuring and the drivers were very helpful. No standing in line is good.
