No staff interface, all text and emails. Website messed up and totals don't match on receipt vs quoted price. Never sure if it was double-booked or what, but it looks like my card only got charged once.
Quick and easy and great price.
Everything went according to plan, There were no problems which made everything run smoothly, I was able to get a great car for a good price and still be able to be in Arizona for an amazing wedding. I would recommend renting from here again :)
I was treated like royalty because I couldn't get the rental until my grandson was able to bring me and it was later than scheduled but I got the rental anyway plus my return time was later than scheduled. I definitely will call on your company in the future and will recommend it to others.
Will rent again if needed.
The only recommendation I have for Carzi is to consolidate the number of emails sent to customers about their rentals; sometimes it was hard to find the information I was looking for in my inbox.

The entire experience was excellent. Great price and the car was way better than expected. Super easy, car was clean and perfect. Won't rent from anyone else when in the Phoenix area. I highly recommend this service.
Getting to the car from the airport was easy, even though I've arrived late (close to 11pm). Finding the car was also easy. From there everything went perfect.
I drove a lot, so I exceeded the mileage on contract. They charged less than what was mentioned on the original contract (contract said 1.45/mile, they charged 1.21/mile), which is not the best rate per mile, but that's on me. Returning the car was also a breeze.
The entire process from booking to pickup was very complex. Although I was eventually able to figure out the whole thing, another person would likely not have been able to figure out the process. When I did request assistance through Carzi, the support person was very unprofessional. They chastised me for not understanding the process, belittled me for being "Helpless throughout the entire process". The vehicle was beautiful, the price was great, but poor customer service has lost this customer.
