Good deal
I did not like the hidden fees. But everything worked out great. I had a great first experience
Everything went as expected. Easy pick up and drop off.
First time. Process was a little confusing but figured it out. Now that we have it down, we will definitely rent from Carzi again.
We searched for almost 1.5 hours. There was not a CarZi person available and the individual at the front desk (airport parking) stated that she hears so many negative experiences from customers renting from this organization. I then sent a text to the number and received a reply to "check the email." I shared that I did and the car wasn't located in that location. I received a 2nd text that stated, “go look near the ramp on the 2nd level.” After that, the person on the other end then we
Customer service is poor. I was told via text that either he could answer my questions or he could process my reservation.
Never actually talked or dealt with a live person
This was the easiest car rental I have ever used. Keys are in a lockbox in the car and you drive away.
Very unique experience. Did not interact with a real person - everything done through email!
So many reviews were horror stories about how they got baited by low rates and then screwed out of deposit by charges for not washing car, or not filling fuel when they had. I decided to forfeit my $79. rather than risk further money. Staying away from Carzi.
