I would highly recommend Carzi to anyone who is renting in the Phoenix area. Finding the shuttle is easy. Finding the rental car area is easy. It would be helpful if in the parking lot if row 8 is marked better. The number eight is worn on the asphalt and hard to see. Another improvement that was helpful was putting a Carzi sticker by the exit gate card reader. Easy to exit. Great instructions. One thing to note though is the 400 mile free mileage and then .80 cents a mile after. Great!!!
Good customer service and great way to rent a car
Very happy with the service even though is was all done through text and email. Ally questions were answered swiftly. I will definitely continue to use this service and recommend to family and friends. This is where you get value for your $$. I would have given it 5 stars for the car but Uli couldn't move the seat higher. Maybe rhey didn't know the lever was broken? Or maybe I didn't know how to use it? Thank you CarZ.
Process was smooth from start to finish, great way to rent a car and be on your way
First time user. We did no see anybody throughout the process except for the shuttle driver. It was a little nerve racking at first as everything was through the Internet, but eveything worked out fine.
