I loved the convenience of carzi. I'll have to admit I was worried as some reviews were negative. This was the easiest most affordable car rental company I've ever experienced.
I will definitely do this again, no waiting, car was great, and had absolutely great customer service.
I haven't received the final statement yet, but, gave it the best rating. I believe carzi will honor their pricing.

The rental experience and communication associated with pick up was clear and relatively easy. The texting to advise about pending emails was helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the emails until I was flying so I wasn't able to provide sooner responses and fill out additional documents. Also, there was a request for an additional sum associated with the rental but the comm around it wasn't clear as whether it was extra or security deposit and details about its return.

Carzi is the absolute best rental car experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the friendly staff, ease of booking, ease of accessing the vehicles, value to cost ratio and quality of the vehicles. I will never rent from another car rental company in Phoenix as long as Carzi exists!
The Phoenix parking attendants were very unhelpful. We had trouble locating the garage exit card and they were very impatient in the whole matter.
Our car had previously been wrecked and had front bumper damage. I would have preferred a repaired vehicle.
car interior was a little dirty- found trash under seats from last renter. chip in car windshield too.
It was quick and fast to take a car from Carzi.
It is first real contactless experience for car rental, and no doubt it was an excellent experience for me. Not only I will go for it next time if I find such services myself but I would recommend my friends as well.
