I was not told about the 300 mile limit. I was charged an extra $100 because of this. I will never rent with this company again.
I was a little nervous about this experience as I wasn't sure where to get the car etc. I did text the number provided and they immediately replied with the info. It is a little different as you don't really have any interaction with a live person, but it all worked out very smoothly.

Carzi was great. I have never rented a car before and it was so easy. My corolla was wonderful. I should have purchased extra miles though. My itinerary changes several times and carzi took care of it. The car was availble when I needed it. No waiting.

The rows need to be better outlined in the outdoor lot.
It was kinda greasy like when I got the vehicle it said 21 and over for age so I was like heck yeah but when I arrived it said that I was underage and it was going to charge me extra for being under 25 I understand but that wasn’t the original thing and it was kind of bogus but whatever I will live with it and pay for it

Vehicle was dirty, both inside and outside. Windshield thin crack on front passenger side. No-one at pick-up or drop off to talk to or change vehicle. Lockbox inside vehicle very difficult to open. Airport information personnel never heard of your company. Just received a bill for cleaning the vehicle. If this is not removed from my bill i will take you to court. Other avenues will be pursued. Please enclose pictures that you said you sent however NOT received.
