Everything worked great.
Minor problems in the beginning but the company handled them well. The car was neat and clean but well used.
Knowing the procedures from start to finish, I would use Carzi again.

Renting with Carzi was the worse experience ever, the car was falling apart I contacted customer service and they proceeded to have me return the car to where I was still charged for the full amount. The car shaked while driving on the freeway and they said it had no issues the next day, thats why I didn’t get a refund. Will NEVER rent here again
Stay away from this company, it's absolute fraud, I went through hell with this experience, the literally gave me over a 20 years old vehicle with hand crank windows ! No Bluetooth and was unsafe to drive in general, I requested to change the car but they refused to do so, secondly the don't have a phone number to reach only text messages so if you needed an urgent help you will never be able to reach them quickly moreover they hide the fact that it's limited mileage, STAY AWAY .
Crazi vehicle Versa Nissan had front bumper damage. Right window washer rubber hanging on by a thread. Vehicle swerves on highway. Vehicle windows had black film Delaminating. Inside not cleaned very well. I used the Carzi Chat function twice to send photos of front bumper damage on pick up from the rental lot and had no reply from chat customers service. Vehicle did not feel safe or looked after. Poor quality matches poor customer service. Would not recommend contactless service with Carzi.
Cost was very expensive after all the fees were added. Thee fees did not show up until the final contract was presented. Sort of false advertising. Interior of front windshield was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. Had to clean it myself. For $500 I didn't expect to have to clean the car to make it driveable. Texted a question and it took an hour and a half to get an answer. By that time, the question was moot.
