I couldn't find anything about a needed deposit which was great because I couldn't afford one. When I went to pick up my reservation I found out there was a check-in that was to be completed 2 hours before my scheduled pick up time and part of it was to pay a $400 deposit that I didn't have. I searched for a number to call but couldn't get ahold of anyone. the Next day I received an email letting me know that I missed the reservation and couldn't have a refund. Very frustrated and disappointed.

The rental inside was very unclean. The cup holders in the front were sticky, had dirt around them. The interior roof had stains. Just needed a deep clean before giving to costumer.

Tires pressures were completely off. One was at a PSI of 45 when it should of been 33 and I had to go spend time at a tire shop to bring it to the correct pressures or it would of blown on the way back to the airport. I also had completely shredded and unusable windshield wipers that could not be used which is also a safety hazard while driving. I’ve never received a poorly kept car before from a rental company and it was extremely concerning and disappointing to get this one in the shape it w
Everything worked great.
Minor problems in the beginning but the company handled them well. The car was neat and clean but well used.
Knowing the procedures from start to finish, I would use Carzi again.
