Awesome customer service! Thanks for refunding me when I accidentally paid for insurance twice. Super easy to contact and resolve. The car was also really nice and easy to pick up/drop off.

They key fob was already broken and the car was pretty old. I was worried it was going to break down.

I am very pleased with my experience. I only waited 5 minutes for the shuttle to the lot, I found my car easily, the car was brand new and spotless, and I had an easy time returning. I will say that Carzi says they will email you the pre-check in document in advance, but I got it the day of my reservation. This sending of the document is my only point of suggested improvement for them! I emailed them ahead of time to ask about it, and they emailed back within 10 minutes, so I was satisfied :)
I received confirmation that my request for a vehicle processed and No notice that it was canceled. I traveled to Arizona to pick up my vehicle and when I called, the number was busy. I then received a text from “Marci” who was the RUDEST associate I have ever communicated with. She told me the reservation was canceled, she had no intention of helping, and that I should tell the attorney general that she says “hi” when I explained I would complain about their business.
