First of all, the car got me from point A to point B, which is the most important factor. The only frustration I encountered was the filthy inner windshield, along with a broken windshield wiper. As infrequently as it rains in AZ, I was lucky enough to be there when it drizzled. Much to my chagrin, the driver's side wiper disintegrated on the windshield after one swipe. I was on a highway with no services available to me at the time. I had a new one installed and need reimbursement.
Be were of no fine.print. The price for over milage is overwhelming.
Everything was great, clear pick up and delivery instructions. Perhaps for tourists who do not speak English, try to communicate in their native language. But I will definitely use this agency again.
very bad experience took a security deposit of 400 dollars and they never returned it plus an extra charge of 267 dollars for no reason it was an abuse
Was charged for all 3 levelss of you supplemental insurance after I declined all insurance. Tried to rectify this thru email but in the end was bill wrong. Will dispute this with my credit card company as carzi ripped me off!
I couldn't find anything about a needed deposit which was great because I couldn't afford one. When I went to pick up my reservation I found out there was a check-in that was to be completed 2 hours before my scheduled pick up time and part of it was to pay a $400 deposit that I didn't have. I searched for a number to call but couldn't get ahold of anyone. the Next day I received an email letting me know that I missed the reservation and couldn't have a refund. Very frustrated and disappointed.

The rental inside was very unclean. The cup holders in the front were sticky, had dirt around them. The interior roof had stains. Just needed a deep clean before giving to costumer.
