Great service. However, I was told my car was in the incorrect row. I was told by the shuttle driver my car would be in row 8. I was not told that row 8 actually encompassed 2 rows. After texting the Carzi #, I was able to locate the vehicle.
I wasn’t a fan how their tire pressure lights were on right from the moment I started renting the car
The car was great however the key would not lock the car unless I locked it from the inside. It was clean and ready to go however and everything else went well.
The vehicle's trunk was pretty dirty. There was a chip/crack in the front windshield right in the driver's view. There was a warning light on the dash regarding one of the "led lights"
The car we had didn't have a working radio or Navigation. It smell like someone had smoked in it.

It was better than expected. Instructions were clear and the vehicle was nice. I was not pleased with being forced to buy insurance at the end as my credit card offers insurance on my rentals automatically but cannot be used when another policy is in place. It was pleasurable to rent from Carzi
It was what I expected when I booked my rental
My reservation was cancelled just prior to my trip which let me in a mess.
And, there was absolutely no explanation nor was anyone ever available to answer my questions (phone number listed is not even a working number.)
The only thing is that I had to go somewhere else to rent a car seat. It will be great to have all services with Carzi.
