They did not go through with the rental. I do appreciate that they were quick on the refund, but I really needed a car and I was left scrambling
I would like to see you all expand to more places. Great experience and definitely will go with you all again.
It took a little getting used to, but it was easy and we would do this again every time.
Only issue we ran into was that the front right and back left tire were dangerously over inflated to over 80psi. we corrected the issue before traveling with my family but might not hurt to have a safety inspection on vehicles...
This is a efficient and excellent service. The directions provided in the email were spot on and made access and return of the vehicle very easy!
You gave me a bigger car than promised so gas was stupid high , that was why I picked a sedan in the first place. The cars AC was broken and falling apart.
Overall the experience went smoothly. The original car we requested (needed one that seated 6) was not available but they did provide a second vehicle for no additional charge. The cars were clean and ready, shuttle service fast and simple. Directions were easy to follow throughout the process. Quicker pick up and drop off than I've had with other in-person rentals.
The car was clean inside. The general condition of the car was fine however it has a intermittent engine miss at various speeds. I am a retired Marine mechanic that has 50 years experience. It feels to me like you’ve got a bad spark plug or injector causing the miss. I’m sure a scan tool will troubleshoot and diagnose your problem. It also needs washer fluid. I was however quite impressed with the fuel economy getting an average over 28 miles to the gallon around town driving.
I’d like to comment how it’s terrible that there is no one to talk to about customer service it’s just email. Second they charged my a reservation when my “reservation” was not even completely booked which caused me a cancellation fee that I now have to dispute with my bank. I will NEVER think twice before even looking at this rental company. Terrible idea for rental
