You might want to resend drop off instructions on the date of drop off to make it easy, so one doesn't have to scroll through lots of E-Mails trying to find what to do at the end of the rental period.
The only item I was disappointed in and had to change my vacation around was the fact that there was a limit on the amount of miles I could use. I would not have rented it for this trip if I read the fine print first. I did e-mail to see if I could pre-buy miles and that was not an option.

Questionable fees and even claimed to charge a VAT in the US. Further customer support email is invalid, no feedback. Virtually no customer support. Beware.
