It was pretty easy and next time will be easier... Finding the car was a little difficult and exiting the garage, but we figured it out and will be much easier next time...
The process to rent the car was very easy. Thank you for the follow up emails and clear instructions. Everything went exactly as planned from the moment I walked out to the shuttle all the way to when I dropped off the car at the end. The instructions were clear and accurate and the whole experience was very easy. The cost was better than any other agency especially for a small suv. I have already recommended Carzi to several friends. Thank you!
I very much like the concept of contact less car rental. One can avoid lots of extra hassle and save time. I am really impressed and highly recommend it to others.
I was never able to get the car. We checked in more than 2 hours as requested but when we arrived, there was no communication with the company and no way to retrieve the car. In the end, we had to leave in an Uber.
Carzi was a pleasant surprise, will use them again!
