The car ran wonderful but it did have some exterior and interior damage, and had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke. Felt very uneasy having children in the car
I accidentally booked for the wrong dates. The person who helped me was great, and I loved that we solved the problem via text message!
The best car rental I’ve EVER had
Easy, quick, and just what I was looking for.
I originally purchased a rental and immediately cancelled because of the rental policy that was unclear before booking. Thankfully I was able to receive a partial refund. But not a good rental car option due to limited mileage. It is also hard to contact an associate because they communicate text only which can cause communication issues. Overall will never book through carzi.
Should have easy access to approach customer care representative
The rating for the staff is due to the fact that there is no staff. The cars are kept at a parking lot near the airport so the folks there are not affiliated with Carzi. They couldn’t answer questions but the phone number worked and someone got back to me in less than a minute. The only problem with the car (new with 5000mi on it) was the bright light switch doesn’t work.
The service was great. I like the method of picking up and dropping off. The car I got was a Honda Insight hybrid. I'm not sure of the year, but it was about a 2010 model (give or take). The car sputtered a little at slow speeds (5 to 15 mph) and the overall condition was below what I expected as a rental car.
Experience was stress free! Car was clean with a full tank of gas upon pickup and the drop off process was easy and simple.
