Clear instructions, and I felt like I was able to feel at ease knowing that with these such great directions I would not be lost or have any issues. Good company and had no discretions after receiving information about my car rental.

A little scary at first, but once I received the emails on what to do, it made it easy.
Service and process was easy. The car was in less than stellar shape. Non functional windows, radio and GPS.

THE CAR SMELLED VERY BAD, IT WAS VERY DIRTY IT HAD MANY CODES ON THE CAR DASHBOARD AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED ME WHEN I CALLED TO TALK ABOUT IT JUST BY TEXT, IT HAD NO OIL, IT HAD A NOISE IN THE TIRE ETC
My car rental was canceled without my permission and I had no car upon arrival. Horrible customer service. Person o was texting with had no alternate solution and would not even discuss it professionally with me. Will never recommend this company and never try to use them again.
The car ran wonderful but it did have some exterior and interior damage, and had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke. Felt very uneasy having children in the car
I accidentally booked for the wrong dates. The person who helped me was great, and I loved that we solved the problem via text message!
