The process to rent the car was very easy. Thank you for the follow up emails and clear instructions. Everything went exactly as planned from the moment I walked out to the shuttle all the way to when I dropped off the car at the end. The instructions were clear and accurate and the whole experience was very easy. The cost was better than any other agency especially for a small suv. I have already recommended Carzi to several friends. Thank you!
I very much like the concept of contact less car rental. One can avoid lots of extra hassle and save time. I am really impressed and highly recommend it to others.
I was never able to get the car. We checked in more than 2 hours as requested but when we arrived, there was no communication with the company and no way to retrieve the car. In the end, we had to leave in an Uber.

This was my first time using Carzi. I had some hesitation using a contactless rental service due to some poor reviews. This was the easiest and best car rental experiences I have ever had AND it was the least expensive rental too. Would absolutely rent from carzi again. Wish this was in all cities.
Instructions sent for car pickup were very clear and easy to follow. Loved being able to skip the hideous service counter experience which should be a thing of the past. I will use Carzi again.
Easy process and very affordable
I was notified via email a few hours before I was supposed to pick-up my rental that the car has been returned damaged and my rental had been cancelled. There was no mention of apology or an attempt to get me a different vehicle. Simply a blunt email cancelling my reservation, leaving me in a complete bind. I will absolutely encourage friends and family to never rent with Carzi and I am beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service and care.
