Easy, fast, great price
Absolutely THE best auto rental experience I have ever had. At 60 years of age, travel is a bit more challenging. Using Carzi has made all the difference in the world. Thank you so much!!
The car's cruise control kept deactivating or wouldnt come on, the car smelled if it belonged to a smoker and you guys bought it from them off craigslist, and for what i paid, i shouldve went with a different company
Car was dirty with tire and check engine light on. The car died on us twice! And when contacting Carzi for service no one answers the phone , and they only text. I would sent someone I truly hated here, but that would be over kill.
I can not express how terrible my experience with them ruined my whole vacation. Not knowing if the car would start, every sound thinking the tires were going out . .
They need to be shut down
400 free miles was too few
Carzi is a great experience. As long as you can follow the instructions in the email, you pick up your car easy without any waiting in line.
It is a different process than a typical rental car but easy to maneuver.
There was not a spare tire in the trunk. If I had a flat tire or blow out, I would have not been happy. Also, the windshield wiper blades rubber was peeling off, so basically useless.
The rental car was way below the class of car I reserved. The trunk was broken and overall a poor experience.
