The car was in poor shape. Cruise control didn’t work, could barely get up hills, breaks were bad. Just not a fun car to drive
communications was terrible had to wait over a hour to get a car. no one at pickup point seemed to know anything about my rental car
I would not recommend Carzi to anyone. It is simply a scam to try and get people's deposits while they have a difficult time trying to find the car.
Everything was great
The whole experience is poor with too many emails, no support staff at rental car pick up. Price was only thing good, but when I got back I was charged and extra $129 for going over the mileage of 400. I had taken a photo of the odometer reading when picking up the rental as well as when I dropped off. After showing the pictures with dates, they dismissed it. The car was older, rattled and shook and off alignment. Good luck as you will not have to many repeats i'm sure.

The vehicle provided was excellent! I absolutely loved it, great on gas and comfortable. Unfortunately the vehicle does require maintenance, one of the maintenance lights came on the last day. Other than that it was wonderful!

The rental rate for this car was not that much less than other quotes I received. Upon realizing it did not include unlimited mileage, I tried to cancel it but it was unclear how to do that. There were a lot of forms and photos going back and forth. I would have rather just picked it up from someone at a counter. I do not plan to use this service again.
