Rental was good. Not a normal rental company so don’t expect a brand new car with 10k miles on it. Would defiantly rent from there again.

Great experience using Carzi! Shuttle service was prompt and helpful. Pickup & dropoff was super simple, and instructions were very clear. My only feedback is that I wish the instructions were emailed earlier so I could have looked everything over before my travel day.
Excellent service. This is the first time a rental car company proactively made sure I had all my credentials submitted in advance. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived in Phoenix, with easy to understand pick up and drop off instructions. I was apprehension at first due to some subpar reviews online and my first time renting with Carzi. My experience was to the contrary. Excellent service, proactive assistance, beautiful car, easy and attentive to contact. Thank you!
