I had a bad start due to most of Carzi's emails being spam filtered. What was unforgivable was their rep. They were incredibly unhelpful, refusing to answer the question of where do I go to get the car? All while I'm sitting by a parking garage with a Lyft driver who refused to abandon me. 20 minutes of texting with their rep ever who belittled me for not reading the emails that were spam filtered. I eventually rented a Sixt car for $100 more and $40 on Lyfts. I will never use Carzi again.
I had issues locating the rental from the Phoenix Sky harbor location. I waited for almost an hour before anyone returned my texts, I called I don’t know how many times that afternoon. The staff at the location were not Carzi employees and made it know. They WERE not going to help me.
I didn’t see the mileage cap of 200 miles for the entire time I had the rental. The car ended up being way more expensive than other rental cars. The car itself was dirty on the outside and smelled of cigarette smoke inside. I could have rented another high end car that was clean for a lot less money. The value was poor and I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
The headlights needed to be cleaned or replaced.
