The most convenient, easiest & fastest experience I’ve ever had renting a car at an airport. Completed all the paperwork online before arriving and really appreciated the contactless pick up and return. No standing in a long line or wasting time at a counter. Will definitely choose Carzi again!

instructions for picking up car should be given at least 24 hrs before pick up. My instructions were not received until i requested them while flying to my destination. other than that everything else was fine.
Great contactless rental car agency at 30% discount. Instructions were perfect and detailed. This service is similar to Kyte hopefully you expand your service to other airports. I would highly recommend this service to others who are tired of paying high cost of rental cars.
I rent cars wat least twice a year and this company needs to be very clear about how to pick up the car.
I also was charged extra fees and not given my security deposit back. I never new I was charged that until I saw my bank account. I have sent out an email and a text and I was just told to check my email about the incidental charges.
I don’t mind paying for a rental and I’ve paid a lot of money for them but I do not like hidden fees. Needless to say I will not be renting from here a

Great experience using Carzi! Shuttle service was prompt and helpful. Pickup & dropoff was super simple, and instructions were very clear. My only feedback is that I wish the instructions were emailed earlier so I could have looked everything over before my travel day.
