The staff was actually verbally abusive.
They told me I lied. They called me stupid.
I have all the texts in print if you would like to see them.
I would suggest they close the business.

Pick up and drop off directions were very clear. The whole touchless experience went smoothly.
This is the second time I rented from Carzi. First time was a little difficult, however, much easier once I figured out the process. I like that standing in line and waiting to sign documents that are being filled out while I wait is not needed. Very efficient and quick process.
Car was very dirty and sounded as if it was in poor condition.
I was surprised by the request for a 200 dollar security deposit after the payment was made. Though perhaps it will be refunded, this did not honor the quote in my opinion.
I was very happy with Carzi. They are cheaper than their competitors, quick and convenient. Everything went pretty seamless-but be aware you need to be able to operate a cell phone to obtain pertinent information for rental location and key code for lock box from your email prior to rental day. The shuttle drivers are top notch, prompt and helpful with luggage, getting to airline terminals, etc. My car was very new, very clean and I had no issues with the vehicle.
This was the first time I’ve used contactless car rental, so there was a bit of a learning curve, but all in all it was a great experience and the price and value were great! I’ll definitely use this again! Thank you!
All very smooth and professional
No one to talk to, only text. Not good. No one said to check spam for the shuttle instructions, when all the previous emails came to my email. When texting the agent they kept saying refer to your email on shuttle instructions. My vehicle had trash under and in the back seat.
The rental experiencesl was great. I have never picked up or returned a rental so simply. The car functioned and was affordable but it was a bit beat up (cracked trim, a misaligned backup camera, etc.) That did not negatively impact our trip at all but it was a little less than luxury.
