the rental experience was so quick, easy, and I like how I can text customer service and they're so quick to respond. The car was a lot more basic than I expected, but I chose the lowest tier of car.

Whomever answers the customer service text messages for this company needs to be fired. They were completely unprofessional. I felt like I was dealing with a child throwing a temper tantrum because they had to work. The customer service representative tried to gaslight me. As a customer it should not be my responsibility to manage the customer service representative's mental illness. The responses to my questions about the process were rude, slimy, and made me think this business is a scam.
I did not interact with any staff members except for the shuttle driver. It was wonderful not having to wait in line to get my car!
This was our very first time ever renting a vehicle in general. My aunt told us about you guys and we went with it because your prices are amazing! A little disappointed about the extra mileage, but nothing that would ever turn me away from renting from you guys again! Do you offer more mileage for the future that we can buy during check out? The staff was not helpful, the car was tiny, and there was an extra charge every time I turned around. All fees, deposits, ect should be listed up front
I was grateful to get a car as they are not as readily available lately; however, this car was a hunk of junk. Lose fender, scratches, dents, dings. Had not been washed in probably weeks. Drove like an old car on its last legs. I worried about reliability. I’m sure my rental fee was a significant portion of is current value. Will have to wait for final bill but kept getting e-mails to sign a contract that was twice as much as quoted. The car was a 2012 Honda CRV with a lot of scratches and broken body panels (rear view camera held in place with duct tape). The condition of the car made me feel like I had to take several pictures to protect myself. But the contactless check-in and return process worked well. The car also did what we needed it to do so if price quoted stays same OK with it.
