I was given a vehicle not safe for driving. I was not afforded a replacement. I was left stranded with my belongings and my children with no assistance. I was told that I would get a refund for time not spent. I should be.given a full refund. This experience was very bad and unfortunate.
The best car rental experience yet! Hassel free and no lines just simple and instructions for pickup/ drop off were clear.
The rate for the vehicle was higher than say National. The car was pretty basic at 70/day. I would say that unless the rates were better, I would not rent again. However the staff we interacted with virtually and they were responsive throughout. But the vehicle was more expensive than a comparable vehicle at the Full Size Car range, even with it being a holiday/baseball spring training week.
My rental with another agency got cancelled at the last minute. Carzi was all that was available. Very fortunate for me! I love Carzi and will rent again from you. Because it was absolutely last minute, I didn't take the shuttle to the parking structure. The woman at the desk had never heard of you, so you may want to educate them better. But once I finally got to the car, it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!
The GPS and the sunroof did not work and the passenger window was very squeaky

the rental experience was so quick, easy, and I like how I can text customer service and they're so quick to respond. The car was a lot more basic than I expected, but I chose the lowest tier of car.
