extra charge for insurance transfer
They do not own an office as they claim, so they are in contract with other rental agencies. The contractor agency does not follow the terms of the contract they have on the website. the actual fees are much more than what appears on the website. They changed their location without prior notice and eventually refrained from giving the car. Totally unsatisfied with the poor, unprofesisonal service.
GREAT CAR IS FUEL ECONOMY
The Agent at the counter was rude even though that wasn’t my first time renting from that location they are serving to rentals one is transcanada and the other one is economy I booked online from this site and I was given around 5 thousand kilometers when I got there they said it’s only 3000 km per month I said I checked every where on the cite before confirming my booking there was no 3000km anywhere another agent joined whom I think it was the manager at that time who also had no help.Poor

I normally rent from this company and I love it. But this last experience we had to go to their sister company and I had the most terrible experiences with them in the past. This experience wasn't as bad.
