I am under 25, and because of that I was charged alot fo money from my perspective. I didnt expect it to be that much. So when it comes to price, the base rate was good but all the other charges were a bit to much. I rented the car from you website, and it didnt provide all that information. It made insurance seem optional. i was a first time renter and didnt know it was mandatory. Thus, I went over my budget by $100. Please, make your website more user friendly.

Poor customer service. NON RESPONSIVE, RUDE, RUDE ATTITUDE,NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS, NO GREETINGS,TOO AGGRESSIVE and if you discuss with him on a question, he will respond as if we are DUMB. He forcefully charged me personal insurance on the car without my knowledge and he never asked that i had upfront when renting. Never explained me the details of rental. His English was poor and could not understand simple words. Overcharged 3 times than city and i still have proof. PLS DONT RENT FROM HIM

The agent was disitersted in providing service and rushed to get me out. He did not walk the car, the vehicle was not inspected and was not full with gas. Iwas not infomred in advandce that I would need my insurance card to aboid carryig insurance. Overall the experience was less than expected or provided by some of the natioal services.

By far the worst experience ever. Tried calling them several times to confirm rental and arrange pickup. They never answered. I took hotel shuttle to their site, and it was closed up for the night, lights out doors locked. There was a sign in the window saying they were open until 9 PM, it was 8.20. There was also a number to call for help until 11 PM. It was the same number I had been calling. It rerouted to another agency that had no information on my rental. Ended up using taxis instead.

I had a rental for 8pm, 27/06/2012. My YYC-YYZ flight was delayed, I contacted your office and gave my confirmation number for the car and told them I'd arrive around 9:30pm. I was told to simply call when we arrived and we'd get picked up at the Viscount parking. Once I arrived in YYZ and called for the pick up, I was told that my rental car was given to another customer and they had no car for me. I'm still waiting for a call from Ahmed (GM), still nothing. TRAN-TORO-1135450. Horrible service!

There were a few things that were not honoured: - I spoke to someone on the phone who guaranteed me the car would work with an ipod but when I picked it up, it didn't. - The unlimited kilometres was not honoured, but the nice gentleman serving me gave me a few extra K to offset the cost - The key lock system on the car didn't work - I was told twice that they would send me a bill, but I have yet to receive it
