Very dissatisfied. The shuttle took a long time and then it proceeded to Payless Car rental and then took me back to the airport before dropping me off. The agent was rude and his service skills were poor. Charge $5.00 per day to transfer over my insurance and would not explain why. It lead me to believe he was putting the money in his own pocket. Will "never" rent there again.
Not the size of vehicle I was expecting but all in all no complaints for the price. Thanks

This is the worst rental company I've ever dealt with. I advise everybody not to use it, and to always check the rating of your rental company before actually renting.
It was a terrible experience, I ended up not renting the care and I rented from another company.
I had made reservation online and got a quote that I accepted and paid with my visa online. I was given the option to add insurance or decline so I did decline since my visa and my insurance covers.Once I arrived at the dealer in Toronto at 801 dixon road, I was told different price, almost 3 times more because of the insurance, the guy was rude and mean.He said these are regulations. Never again

It was my first initiation on renting a car & I took the risk to rent even after reading all the review of how poor the service is, because I wanted to believe that its not that bad really. Unfortunately... it is THAT bad, staff is unfriendly; no explanation when signing the paper works - just ask me to initial here, sign there; the hands off is a simple look around-no info of what I need to know. Worst part, I was charge TOO MUCH! like fuel even though its full tank & I took it half-full & etc.
I never could rent the car because it was not available, I have to go to enterprise rent a car to rent it. I was waiting at the shop for arroun 1.5 hours waiting for the car because it suppose that come from the airpot but never arrived, I will never rent with you again and I cant recommend your company. I hope you do something for be better.
