I normally rent from this company and I love it. But this last experience we had to go to their sister company and I had the most terrible experiences with them in the past. This experience wasn't as bad.
My experience at the rental location was pathetic. We reserved a vehicle online a few days prior to the rental day. When I went to the location they said "most of the vehicle are not back yet, come back tomorrow at 11 am and we will guarantee you the vehicle . I went back the next day hoping they can honor their word. Quite honestly it was a complete waste of time driving up there. I wasn't the only one who was not disappointed. The system needs to be corrected not neglected. I hope it changes.
I didn’t get the car I booked and the car they gave wasn’t cleaned inside even though I paid the cleaning fee for this service. The staff didn’t really seem to care about customer satisfaction.
Booked a ford explorer suv 3 weeks in advance of the pick up date, but when went to pick up the vehicle the employee (Aby) says sorry we don't have that available. He offered a sedan instead which I ofcourse didn't accept. Will never deal with this company again.
Could have offered me the same rate for next rental.. i incurred significant charges to take car of the car.. that i should not of had to pay. And was only. Offered a. 10 percent discount on my next rental
very bad service, the quoted rates were not complete and made so much time for wait, subsequently never got the car!!
