I only had 200 free km a day and for that reason i ended up paying 150 dollars more than the quoted price. I would of have gotten that price with any company. Therefore it was not a good deal.
By far the best overall experience compared to other agencies that I have used in the past 3 months. I have rented weekly from Enterprise and the daily and weekend rate alone with your agency out performs in addition to the personable nature of the staff

i got to the rental agency and there were no cars available after i reserved one. had to argue for 45 minutes before suddenly one appeared. i believe it may have been there already but they were not prepared to issue. disappointed that even with a reservation i almost wasnt able to get a car. friends and family from out of town visiting and i would not have been able to take them anywhere. will not be returning after this experi
***Customer Beware!! Very disappointed with this rental company. We made several confirmation to ensure that the van was available, prior to pick up. An email confirmation was sent to me. However, at the day of the pick up the van was not available. They couldn't even tell me on the phone that they were over booked. Very dishonest about the availablility. I was stuck with no vehicle for the weekend, and totally ruined my plans. Will not ever return to this company.
NEVER AGAIN would I use this company. I was kept waiting 2 hours then given the vehicle I requested ( aq minivan) which was dirty inside and out. I chose this company as the ad said unlimited mileage- when I got there they said that's only if you live outside "the area". I needed to drive my son to university in London, 200 km each way. he agreed to give me an extra 100 km but no more and tried to charge excess mileage anyway. Everyone else was waiting and furious as well. Worst car rental
very bad customer service and rude employees.
I was at the so called "office" which turned out to be in the workshop of a Toyota delaership! At any rate, I was waiting at the desk for 20 minutes with no one in sight. I eventually picked up a card and called the number on there, the person on the other end said they'd be there in 5 minutes which they did. He was upset I didn't call in before hand to ask if they had a car available! I got a compact instead of a medium size and was charged more than the qouted price online! Not coming back!!!!
Car was half full with fuel and the tires were seriously low which could have caused major problems. Car was also not ready at time requested but had to be picked up.
