The reservation location was listed for pick-up and drop off as SJU airport. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the terminal, pick-up was not arranged by Flagship until after arrival. Customer service said someone would arrive in 15 minutes for pick up. 20 minutes later I received a call from the driver who said he was an additional 20 minutes away. Ultimately, the 45-minute wait for pick up soured the service experience. Desk team were competent, but service experience was average.
Exelent service at this location, everything was fast and smooth, they offered an upgrade for just be more kind with my family, as soon they see my family they understand that I need more space. I was too grateful with them.
The vehicle was clean and in excellent working order. Our family really enjoyed the mini-van life. Victor (did not get last name) and Hector Rosario were helpful, professional, courteous, and responsive. I would definitely rent from Bella/Flagship rental again.
We had to wait to be picked up at the airport for an hour and when we return the car they made us get an Uber
very courteous, and professional people.
Had a great experience with my rental, great on gas and great communication.

We were surprised at the additional charges. Our total came out to 3 times the price we were quoted online. It felt like a bait and switch. We were not given instructions on how to be picked up from the airport, and the phone number on our print out was a fax machine number. Other than this, the service was wonderful. The car was in great condition.
