I dont have insurance. The insurance daily rate was not expected. Other rental agency insurance raty are between 10 to 11 dollars daily. Insurance daily rate was expensive.
The rental agency is not at the airport. It is 15 minutes away. They refused to shuttle us to the business to pick up our car. We had rented a Honda pilot and we were given a plain Jane Ford explorer. Other than that everything was great.
