There was a 10 minute wait although there were no other customers, but once I was served David was very good.

service and the vehicle we had were great! everything was good, we were very satisfy with entire experience.
It took a little longer than I would have wanted to get picked up at the cell phone lot. Once I was picked up the staff was really professional and efficient. The rental was as described online though did have a few more dings on it than I usually find on a rental. I did choose the cheapest option and did get a great deal so maybe that's what you get. All in all I would rent from them again, the price was really good and the staff were really professional.
I was offered a great deal for upgrading to the economy. But when we got the car it reeked of smoke so I asked if there was a different car available, your staff was very prompt on getting me a different car. I appreciate the fast response on that situation. Unfortunately the second car didn't smell of smoke but was not really properly clean, since the car had a musty odor and I got some sticky (maybe gum?) on my pants. I am very happy with the employees and their courteous and prompt assistance
I picked up at LAX airport and dropped at Beverly officce. The relation ship with Beverly Office has been GREAT
Need to sort out the pick up procedure, but otherwise great experience
Staff were very nice and helpful
I waited 45 minutes for their driver and then gave up and called Uber. The agency kindly refunded the cost of the ride but I lost a lot of time. Otherwise a great experience.

The only thing I didn't like was the 350 dollar hold on credit card. Everything else was great!
