It was my first rental and I had a great experience overall! Loved it!!
I have never been treated so respectfully at a car rental agency. The shuttle driver was kind. The agent was friendly. It was great to be treated like a valued customer rather than just a number. Everything was ready as I expected and there was no pressure to upgrade.
Everyone was very helpful and super nice. Great company and very organized. Def. Will come back for another rental here soon.
I booked a reservation for 3 weeks. The day before pick up I was told that they couldn't honor the rate I had booked. At all. I had to change plans and rental companies at the very last minute. Very poor experience.
This company is managed well and very professional.The car I rented was brand new! Thank you black and white definitely will rent again.
