The paperwork took longer than I expected but overall I had a great experience
It took nearly an hour to get picked up from the time they said they would be there. We wound up calling them 3 times, each time talking to a different person and being told a different story. Once they finally got us and we were in the car everything was fine, but what a tremendous pain to even get to that point.
