Our flight arrived on time and I called the LAX office upon landing. I was told to call back when our group of 4 girls received our bags. During the second call I was told to catch a shuttle to a cell phone waiting lot and then call back again, which I did. We waited 40 mins in the cell phone parking lot, in the middle of the afternoon, for someone to pick us up. During that time I called back and was told someone would be there within 15 mins. When we arrived at the office no one apologized.
Although we ran into some confusion, mostly on my part, Candice and her team were quick to give me solutions. They were all amazing. The Lexus RX350 exceeded my expectations and I will only rent from these guys on my future trips to Cali. Thanks again to all who helped us last week!
List the full cost on on your site plus insurance. Also on your lower end vehicles like the Spark you should lower the rate. It wasnt worth $100 a day after all the fees and insurance.

Reservations was lost, went to the wrong location, airport location the guy made us wait about 15 mins while he finished phone calls, the lady was nice but they didn't have the car, ubered us to Beverly Hills location where we should have been to begin with. Once we got to that location everything was great! Josh was fantastic got us in the car right away. Didn't like the fact I had to take a bus to a waiting area in a parking lot to be picked up. Not the service you expect to get a car.
My experience with their service was absolutely wonderful! Everything they promised was exactly what I received. Their simple instructions on which shuttle to take to Lot C, was easy and convenient. They picked me up in 10 minutes as stated. The check out process was hassle free and fast! I was out of there within 15 minutes! As I drove by the other major car rentals and saw the long lines I knew I made the right choice. Will definitely be using them again! Super happy with Black and White!
Receptionist at the desk was very rude. Very angry that I didn't buy supplemental insurance. Got in my face and said company would come after me if we wrecked it. Treated us like we were hooligans or something. Worst experience I've ever had at a rental car company and I've used over a dozen other companies. Cheaper price = cheap service unfortunately
The dtaff was very good. Would have preferred an airport pick up. Seemed to take excessive time to do paperwork. It's the first rental that hasn't had a full tank of fuel. Not good
