Not a good rental experience. Pickup from cell phone lot took 50 min when quoted 10, after repeated calls for help. Vehicle was not available when quoted. Vehicle had slight smoke smell. Total time in rental agency on pickup over 1.5 hours as the only customer. Return service was much better. Unfortunately I can't recommend you to anyone
The car could have some kind of alarm to lock all the doors automaticaly.

Overall, great experience. I had to call to clarify about having a paper utility bill, which at first I was told was the policy, but then, I was approved to present one on my phone since I don't receive those anymore. The other thing was that I brought the car back on Sunday at 2 PM during regular business hours, however they closed early for Easter Sunday. No one told me when I rented the car, but luckily someone was there to help us.
I didn't read carefully and was surprised by the $500 hold we using by bank card. I never experienced anything like that even when renting in Europe. That's just a bit stiff but all was well.

The rental process took about an hour even though we were the only ones there.
