Would have preferred that insurance verification be completed before arrival at rental office. Also, pick-up at LAX (take shuttle to cell phone lot and then call for pick-up) took much longer than would have with other companies--almost 45 minutes waiting.

The staff needs to communicate better with their customers. A receipt should be emailed with clear instructions when a car's rental is extended or altered in ANY way. Also, staff should be clear when giving instructions on returning vehicle before/after office hours.

Found the check-in process to take WAY too long. I have rented from other companies many times but never had to call insurance to verify. I even provided proof of insurance. We wondered if this was a stall tactic because our car was not ready. Overall, we found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Our only complaint was the mid-size car did not have cruise control.

When I arrive the LAX aiport,' the people just told me the car isn't available, and then ask me to pay more for another car. And so many car is available online. But I always got another email to told me that unavailable after I booked it. And they increase the price when I change the model. They ask me to pay more money than the price I saw it online. And they increase the price in 5min when I call back later.

The company in Beverly hill is very good, but in the company in the LAX is dissatisfied. When I ask the deposit, the stuff told me is $250, and then he charge me $2,500. When I return it, the manager said that I loss something with the car. But I am worried about I will miss my flight. I can't argue more with her and then she ask me to sign a file without my mind or she won't sent me to airport. But when I ask the porches's dealer. They told me that was hard to loss.

The pick up process was very confusing and driver was not there when we arrived at the cell waiting lot. It was cold and windy and not good. But once he got there very courteous. Also, you have to do a car inspection. There were dents in the door that we didn't see in the lighting of the garage, but noticed the next day in the sunlight so they weren't noted. Luckily, they were noted from a previous rental. Otherwise, we would've been charged which would've been bad. Glad it worked out.
