Black & White Rent a Car is a TERRIFIC car rental service!!! Mario made sure my daughter & I got the best value for the car we wanted. He went above & beyond in accommodating our needs! We had a great experience with other staff as well. They were friendly & VERY PUNCTUAL with transport to & from the airport! A+ car rental experience!!!

At first I was concerned about having to take 2 shuttles to pick up car, but it worked efficiently and the B&W shuttle was first class.
Everyone I interacted with was wonderful - from David picking me up to Jazmin taking care of me at the register. David came to pick me up after a long day's shift, for which I was quite appreciative. Then at the storefront, I forgot my insurance details, so Jazmin helped me get into contact with my insurer so I wouldn't have to buy insurance on site.
I would absolutely use Black and White if I'm ever back in town needing a ride. I've already recommended the company to several residents in LA.
