Had a great time with your 2015 Mini Cooper convertible. My only gripe with Black and White Rent A Car was the associate at pickup said that my vehicle was not unlimited milage. My quote clearly stated that the rate included unlimited milage. Thankfully he honored this but said it was not typical.

We waited almost 2 hours from when we arrived in the car rental and only had 2 people in front of us and 1 person checking in. There were 2 tenants working quickly but seemed taken by the people checking in with a scratch on the car. And the car picking us up took 20 min even. We arrived at 4 to the bus stop and left the car rental at 630.

Off airport rental location. Email said pickup within 10 minutes of phone call, took ~ 40 minutes. Very picky about minor scratch on car. Otherwise good.

I appreciated that Black & White was willing to work with someone under 25 without charging a high young drivers fee which I have dealt with many times between personal and professional travel. I rented a compact and was overall happy with it, I wasn't a fan of that particular model's lack of something to rest my elbow on but that isn't a fault of the company. The only other assumption I had that wasn't met was I thought there would be a USB aux port. But that was again expectation vs promised.

The pickup situation from lot c is a bit slow and wastes valuable time. Not sure if there is a solution to this but it would be helpful to have a car already waiting in lot c, perhaps if the customer could call before leaving the terminal?
