The check in process is too long
The pickup situation from lot c is a bit slow and wastes valuable time. Not sure if there is a solution to this but it would be helpful to have a car already waiting in lot c, perhaps if the customer could call before leaving the terminal?

All went smoothly with the car rental. They do a $350 hold on your credit card, which I see is still pending on my account three days later. I was told that it should drop off within a day or so. Assuming that turns out to be the case, I'm 100% satisfied with my experience.
My experience started with being left in the LAX cell phone lot for an hour after dark. I waited an hour to be picked up with being lied to several times...about the pick up van that was within 5 minutes. It by far was the worst car rental experience in my life. I am returning to LAX the next 3 weekends and would have rented from you, but after all of this the employees were not even very professional ..apologetic or understanding. B&W is awesome, dropped the car off at the hotel, super fast with the paperwork and really convenient.
Overall average experience
Generally, we were very satisfied. However, 15 minutes after driving the car, the "maintenance required" light went on, necessitating a return trip to exchange the car and a delay to our vacation. The second car, a Corolla, was great. Also, we waited 45 minutes at Lot C to be picked up. However, staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and polite (and very apologetic).
