Waited nearly 1 hour to rent a car. The people helping me were more than rude. Wanted 3 forms of identification. Confirmed every single detail of my existence. Almost walked out and went somewhere else until they saw my anger

I was in a rush to make a mtg after landing. I waited 30 mins to get picked up with no hope in site. I ended up renting another car. I emailed to company but not even a reply /apology. I paid but had no vehicle. Not impressed.

Everyone wonderful
I reserved a compact car and was given a Mitsubishi Mirage. The car was spotless, inside and out (it was still dripping from having been washed for my pickup. The quote that I received online was accurate and was significantly better than any other rental agencies. The staff was corteous and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.
This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. I travel for work often. The shuttle isn't where the rest of the rental shuttles are. The 21$ a day I was quoted quickly turned into 70 per day when I had to drop it off earlier because they weren't open and I didn't bring a copy of my insurance. I've never had to bring that. It was just a terrible experience. They were out of water when I arrived and I'm 6 months pregnant. I was told to find a drinking fountain.

Would have liked more flexibility with getting gas. Despite the issue being my own, unforseen circumstances kept me from having time to fill the tank. Otherwise I will definitely rent from here again
