Friendly service, efficiency and great price made this one of my better rental car experiences. The whole process of picking up and dropping off was very easy and non time consuming. Would definitely recommend.

Once you figure out the bus to get out of the airport. It was fine. I like dealing with a smaller company than the major players

Everything went well and I am surprised with this local LA company that provides excellent service and low rates for their top of the line rental cars; there is a lot of choices available.
Although we had a minor correction that need to be done on billing; Kevin a staff was there ready to assist and made sure everything was correctly billed to what was expected.
I highly recommend this company when in LA and will surely avail of their services again.

It took over an hour to get our car. Took a bus to Lot C at LAX, took the driver awhile to get us, then it took 30 min to actually get the car. They said they had to wash it, yet we had called over an hour earlier. The defrost did NOT work, so we had to drive with the windows open.
The staff was very helpful and nice. They took us back to the airport in a timely manner and the gentleman ( Able) was amazing. We would definitely rent from this company again.
